The training team is a program for driven lacrosse athletes who aspire to play at a higher level that require more training and repetitions to elevate their game. We nurture this degree of play to prepare the athlete for the next level of competition.
Players will attend practice once a week and will work on increasing their skills, focusing and sharpening their fundamentals, team work, strength and conditioning, and their overall field awareness "LAX IQ."
To be invited to the Training Team, players must attend tryouts.
Spring 2022 Season runs from March to June. They will practice weekly, participate in two tournaments to receive game time experience, and participate in our strength and conditioning workouts on the off season. They will practice weekly to propel their skills by utilizing our training curriculum and strength and conditioning plan. Lastly, informational classes will be provided on the collegiate recruiting process for both players and parents.
Acceptance to the Training Team does not guarantee placement on the Legacy Club Team. Players will be required to tryout for the Club Team next season.

Winter Strength and Conditioning Training (6 sessions)
Season: March 6, 2022 - June 30, 2022
Practices: Practice days will be on Sundays. Practice schedule will be released after the team is formed.
