Our development program teaches the fundamentals of lacrosse for every age. We believe all ages can grow from wherever they start. Our program is designed around skilled development to set players up to move to the next level. If your player is new to lacrosse, please contact us to learn more about program offerings for new players throughout the year!

Full equipment not required, players just need a lacrosse stick, mouthguard, tennis shoes, and WATER!!

Developmental Program
The developmental program is a progression-based structure. The foundation is teaching proper fundamental skills. We train with repetition and high tempo-based curriculum. We have a heavy concentration on building fundamental skills at each session. Lastly, we refine the player’s skills by applying a game structured pace. The goal is to prepare the player to enter her division with the skills to move up.
Our instructors are trained, USA Lacrosse certified, and NCSI background-verified Coaches.
Gear Needed: Lacrosse stick, mouthguard, tennis shoes, WATER!!
