Middle School Program
Grades 6 - 8
Our Middle School program is for middle school grade athletes who have some prior experience playing lacrosse. This division is a competitive tempo. Our program is designed to set our players up for the high school level. Here they will learn and elevate their skills, as well as learn team structure.
2026 spring Season
Players will learn and train twice weekly on age-appropriate lacrosse skill development and apply skills in small-sided games and scrimmages.
Dates: March 9th – May 9th (Spring Break April 6 – 10)
Location: Virginia Beach
Practice Time: 6:00pm – 7:30pm (practice days TBD)
Games: During the week (dates and times posted before season)
Price: $210 early bird ($230 regular price starts January 1, 2026)
Middle School Program
In this program, players will learn the skills and drills to elevate their play for a competitive edge. We want to help them grow in the game of lacrosse but also grow as an athlete. Our teams will play competitive games against out of league opponents to give them the opportunity to grow in a game speed environment.
We also believe in setting each player up for the next level. We encourage and nurture the relationship with the players and their prospective high school coach. This will help the pipelines for the schools but also help give the player a roadmap to what they need to do.
Offseason conditioning will consist of helping players get into shape or help players continue to build and give structure to their regiment.
All Players must have a current USA Lacrosse membership.
Spring season U14 game play is 12v12 or 8v8 format. USA Lacrosse U14 Youth Rules. On-site Trainer and paramedic.
Our instructors are trained, USA Lacrosse certified, and NCSI background-verified Coaches.
Gear Needed: Lacrosse stick, goggles, mouthguard, tennis shoes/cleats (optional), WATER!!
