Our Elevate Your Skills Clinic Series are designed to challenge all skill levels with fast-paced, high-energy drills led by our experienced coaches. Players can expect short lines, more 1:1 instruction and a lot of reps! These clinics are for players with some lacrosse experience who want to train more!
Pre-Season Prep Series
Spring season is just around the corner! Whether you’re prepping for tryouts, transitioning from a winter sport, or just looking for extra reps, our Pre-Season Prep Series is the perfect way to sharpen your skills and get back in the game.
Open to all players in Hampton Roads!

Designed for club players and those players working towards or considering tryouts for a competitive team, these skills-focused sessions will help you sharpen fundamentals and experiment with advanced techniques.
