10U Program
Grades 4-5
In our 10U program, players will learn age appropriate techniques to help them grow in the game of lacrosse but also grow as an athlete. We believe in meeting players where they are at in their athletic ability AND their age.
2025 fall Season
Players will learn and train twice weekly on age-appropriate lacrosse skills development and apply skills in small-sided games and scrimmages!
Dates: March 9th – May 9th (Spring Break April 6-10)
Location: Virginia Beach
Practice Time: 5:30pm – 6:30pm (practice days TBD)
Games: Saturdays (dates and times posted before season)
Price: $199 early bird ($220 regular price starts January 1, 2026)

All Players must have a current USA Lacrosse membership.
10U game play is 7v7 or 8v8 format, 60’x35′ field, 4×4 goals.
USA Lacrosse LADM Youth Rules.
On-site Trainer and paramedic.
Our instructors are trained, USA Lacrosse certified, and NCIS background-verified Coaches.
Gear Needed: Lacrosse stick, helmet, gloves, elbow pads, shoulder pads, cup, mouthguard, tennis shoes/cleats, WATER!!
