Our mission is to provide emerging lacrosse players with the opportunity to develop their skills and compete at a higher level without the commitment of a year-round club. We carefully select tournaments and divisions based on team composition and player evaluations, ensuring balanced competition that challenges athletes while fostering growth.

Legacy Lacrosse high school club teams develop and challenge players through structured training and competitive exposure at a high level. Our experienced coaching staff will train and mentor the players in a competitive yet supportive environment so they can reach their full potential.
High School players will attend practice 1-2 times a week in coordination with local spring school team schedules and the tournament schedule. High School team training emphasizes advanced skill refinement, strategic execution, and high-intensity gameplay, preparing athletes to compete at the highest level and gain valuable exposure.
To be invited to the Club Team, players must attend tryouts. All Hampton Roads lacrosse players are welcome!

Fees Include: Practice Pinnie, Coaches Stipend and Traveling Expenses, Practice Fees, and Tournament Fees. Uniform (Required) will be purchased separately.
